2) Data acquisition when visiting our website
If you only use our website for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called "server log files"). When you call up our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website to you:

If personal data are also processed by individual cookies implemented by us, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO either to implement the contract or in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO to safeguard our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website and a customer-friendly and effective design of the page visit.

For this purpose, cookies from partner companies are also stored on your hard drive (cookies from third parties) when you visit our website. 4) How to contact us
4.1 Personal data is collected within the scope of establishing contact with us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail). Which data is collected in the case of a contact form, is apparent from the respective contact form. These data are stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for establishing contact and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If the purpose of your contact is to conclude a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your enquiry; this is the case if it can be inferred from the circumstances that the facts in question have been conclusively clarified and provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.

4.2 WhatsApp Business

We offer visitors to our website the opportunity to contact us via the WhatsApp news service of Facebook Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. We use the "Business Version" of WhatsApp for this purpose.

If you contact us via Whatsapp in connection with a specific business transaction (e.g. an order placed), we will store and use the mobile phone number you use at WhatsApp and - if provided - your first and last name in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b. DSGVO to process and respond to your request. On the basis of the same legal basis, we may ask you via WhatsApp to provide further information (order number, customer number, address or e-mail address) in order to assign your request to a specific transaction.
Use our WhatsApp contact for general enquiries (e.g. about our range of services, availability or our website) and we will store and use the mobile phone number you use at WhatsApp and - if provided - your first and last name in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in the efficient and prompt provision of the requested information.

Your data will only be used to answer your request via WhatsApp. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

Please note that WhatsApp Business has access to the address book of the mobile device we use for this purpose and automatically transfers telephone numbers stored in the address book to a Facebook server in the USA.
To operate our WhatsApp Business Account, we use a mobile device whose address book stores only the WhatsApp contact information of those users who have contacted us through WhatsApp.
This ensures that every WhatsApp contact stored in our address book has already consented to the transmission of his WhatsApp telephone number from the address books of his chat contacts in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO when using the app on his device for the first time by accepting the Whatsapp Terms of Use.
The transmission of data of such users who do not use Whatsapp and/or have not contacted us via WhatsApp is therefore excluded.

Please refer to WhatsApp's privacy policy for the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Whatsapp as well as your rights and privacy settings in this regard:

Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. A deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the above address of the responsible person. We store and use the data provided by you for contract processing. After complete completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked with regard to tax and commercial retention periods and deleted after these periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or a legally permitted further use of data from our side was reserved, about which we inform you below accordingly.

If you call up a page on our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. This integration provides Facebook with the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. These data processing operations are carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of Facebook's legitimate interest in the display of personalised advertising on the basis of surfing behaviour.

By using this "Facebook Connect" button on our website, you also have the option of logging in or registering on our website using your Facebook user data. Only if you give your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO prior to the registration process on the basis of a corresponding note on the exchange of data with Facebook, will we receive the general and publicly accessible information stored in your profile when using the Facebook "Facebook Connect" button on Facebook, depending on your personal data protection settings on Facebook. This information includes user ID, name, profile picture, age and gender.

We would like to point out that after changes to Facebook's data protection conditions and terms of use, your profile pictures, the user IDs of your friends and the friends list may also be transferred if they have been marked as "public" in your Facebook privacy settings. The data transmitted by Facebook is stored and processed by us for the creation of a user account with the necessary data, if this has been released by you on Facebook (title, first name, surname, address data, country, e-mail address, date of birth). Conversely, data (e.g. information on your surfing or purchasing behaviour) can be transferred from us to your Facebook profile on the basis of your consent.

The consent given can be revoked at any time by sending a message to the person responsible named at the beginning of this declaration.

The social plugins of "Google+ Sign-In" or "Register with Google" on our website are identified by a red button with the Google+ logo and the inscription "Google Sign-In" or "Register with Google" or "Log in with Google" or "Log in with G".

If you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Google+ servers. Through this integration, Google+ receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Google+ profile or are not currently logged in to Google+. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Google+ server in the USA and stored there. These data processing operations are carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of Google's legitimate interest in the display of personalised advertising on the basis of surfing behaviour.

By using this Google+ button on our website, you also have the option of logging in or registering on our website using your Google+ user data. Only if you give your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO prior to the registration process on the basis of a corresponding note on the exchange of data with Google, will we receive the general and publicly accessible information stored in your profile when you use the Google+ button from Google+, depending on your personal data protection settings on Google+. This information includes the user ID, name, profile picture, age and gender.

We would like to point out that after changes have been made to Google+'s data protection conditions and terms of use, your profile pictures, the user IDs of your friends and the friends list may also be transferred if they have been marked as "public" in your Google+ privacy settings. This means that we will only send you an e-mail newsletter after you have expressly confirmed that you agree to receive the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail in which you will be asked to confirm that you wish to receive newsletters in the future by clicking on an appropriate link.

By activating the confirmation link, you consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. When you register for the newsletter, we store your IP address entered by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) as well as the date and time of registration in order to be able to track any possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later point in time. Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition "Social Plug-in from Facebook" or "Facebook Social Plugin". You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins

If you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.

If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign your visit to our website directly to your Facebook profile. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" button or commenting, this information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on your Facebook profile and displayed to your Facebook friends.

The data processing operations described are carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of Facebook's legitimate interests in the display of personalised advertising in order to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website and to tailor the service to suit your needs.
If you do not want Facebook to associate the data collected via our website directly with your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can also opt out of loading the Facebook plug-ins and thus the data processing operations described above with add-ons for your browser in the future, e.g. with the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).

Facebook Inc., headquartered in the USA, is certified for the us European Privacy Shield Agreement, which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.
